Fareed Aziz, is an interdisciplinary storyteller, visual artist, architect, and writer with a big curiosity for the performing and digital media arts. He completed his architecture studies in Cairo before embarking on a career that spanned Egypt, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and South Korea as an interior architect, and now in Belgium to pursue his artistic career and research. This cultural exposure has instilled in him a profound curiosity about our shared common humanity that encouraged him to question further and experiment with the notion of storytelling across architecture, visual/performing arts, and digital media. His latest project “a thousand times KALAKA” was showcased at KVS Theatre (2023) and KAAIstudios (2024). Fareed actively engages in collective experiments, contributing to social initiatives like “the post collective” and developing workshops on storytelling, individual narratives, and collective consciousness.
